We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Parks Lane Home Furnishings & Interiors and are proud of the quality and range that we offer. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please contact us for advice on how to do this, and return it to us within 28 days.

We advise customers to return a product in the original packaging to insure that the product is not damaged on its return journey. We will then exchange or refund the cost of the item(s).

All goods must be in a new and unused condition. If you wish to return any item because you feel it is faulty, please give us details of the fault on an email along with a photograph of the faulty/damaged goods. We will then contact you to resolve the matter.
