For online purchases, you can return unwanted items to us within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Items should be returned unused and in their original condition.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can advise you on the easiest way to send it back.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you will normally be responsible for the return postage.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect?

If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

If possible, send us a photograph of the problem and we'll get things sorted for you.

Made-to-measure & personalised items

Our standard change-of-mind returns policy does not apply to items made to your specification or personalised for you, unless they are faulty. This is consistent with the exception for personalised/custom-made goods under UK distance-selling rules.
