Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed through our website. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and any payment taken for unavailable items will be refunded.

Prices

All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices shown on our website are correct. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Prices and promotions may change from time to time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by us.

Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Delivery charges and available delivery options will be shown at checkout. Where free delivery applies, this will be clearly stated on our website or at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Any delivery times given are estimates unless we have specifically agreed otherwise with you.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can put things right. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations & Returns

If you purchase goods from us online, you normally have the right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us within a further 14 days.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning them.

Goods may be inspected as you would reasonably inspect them in a shop. We may make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.

We will refund eligible returned goods in accordance with your statutory rights, including the cost of our standard delivery option where applicable.

Made-to-measure, personalised or bespoke goods cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty or not as described.

For more information, please see our Online Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help.

We may ask you to provide photographs or other information to help us understand the problem and arrange the appropriate solution.

Where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you have rights under UK consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, these may include a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

Product Information & Colours

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and other information shown on our website are as accurate as possible.

Please be aware that colours and finishes may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device, display settings and lighting.

Where products are made using natural materials, or are handmade, there may also be small variations in colour, grain, texture or finish. These variations are part of the individual character of the product and are not necessarily faults.

Product dimensions are approximate unless otherwise stated. If a particular measurement, colour or finish is especially important to you, please contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to help.

We pride ourselves on providing friendly, helpful service and want you to be completely satisfied with your experience at Parks Lane.

If you have a question, concern or complaint about an order or any of our products or services, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
